Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and ack44 ("ack44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ack44.app website and all associated betting, casino, gaming, and account management services.

By completing the ack44 registration process, logging into an existing ack44 account, or making use of any service offered through ack44.app — including browsing game content, placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals, or contacting ack44 customer support — you confirm that:

Eligibility & Age Restriction

ack44 services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify before registering or placing any bets on the platform.

Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Sound Judgment: You must not be acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing bets or making financial transactions on ack44.

Account Registration & Verification

The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

ack44 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point — including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ack44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ack44 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also supported. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are accepted subject to availability.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no stated maximum for standard member accounts, though ack44 reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on account verification status.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the ack44 wallet in real time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to verification status and applicable wagering requirements.
• No Conversion Fees: ack44 does not charge currency conversion fees on Taka-denominated transactions. Any fees applied by your mobile money provider are outside ack44's control and are not reimbursable.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: ack44 does not accept deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in the member's own name. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Verification: ack44 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Members who have not yet completed identity verification should expect extended processing times on their first withdrawal request.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

ack44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for newly registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. General welcome bonus wagering requirements are published on the ack44 promotions page.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers, live casino games, and slots may carry different contribution rates, as specified in the individual bonus terms. Playing games not listed as eligible will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
3. Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period beginning from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered through within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
4. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated, withdrawals generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum cap as specified in the individual bonus terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will not be transferable to the real-money balance.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless ack44 expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
6. Abuse Prevention: ack44 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has engaged in bonus abuse — including placing low-risk hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
7. No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly. Bonuses may only be converted to withdrawable funds by meeting the stated wagering requirements in full.

ack44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect the bonus terms under which a member has already claimed and begun wagering a bonus, provided that wagering commenced in good faith before the change was made.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of ack44, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of fraud against ack44 or other users of the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ack44 account, whether under your own name or through the use of alternate identities, device spoofing, or VPN services designed to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting patterns, account collusion, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Money Laundering: Using ack44 as a vehicle to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision systems, or any automated tool to place bets, harvest odds data, or interact with the ack44 platform in a non-human manner without express written consent from ack44.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of ack44.app, including any attempt to gain unauthorised access to ack44's backend systems, databases, or member data.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to your ack44 account by any individual under the age of 18, including through sharing your login credentials.

ack44 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ack44's response — including the extent of any financial forfeiture — will be proportionate to the severity of the breach and applied consistently across all affected accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content published on ack44.app — including but not limited to the ack44 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, typography, graphic assets, odds data, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of ack44 or its respective licensors (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ack44.app solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

Account Suspension & Closure

ack44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those set out below. Members also have the right to request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ack44 shall not be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of ack44.app, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms limits ack44's liability for death or personal injury caused by ack44's own gross negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation made by ack44. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of certain types of liability, those exclusions and limitations do not apply to you to the extent prohibited.

Amendments to These Terms

ack44 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the platform's services, changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, operational changes to payment processing or bonus structures, or corrections of errors or ambiguities in prior versions of the Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of ack44.app following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ack44's internal complaints process should be escalated in writing to [email protected], clearly marked as a formal dispute, so that ack44's compliance team can review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
